We are seeking a Testing Manager to join our team and support our clients in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that CMS Testing standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of the project's life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure compliance of all project / program life-cycle processes to the CMS standards and policies.
• Maintain compliance analysis results and collaborate with project and program leads to ensure compliance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of CMS TLC standards and policies, especially as it relates to testing.

Work Experience - Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience involving Information Technology and related systems.
• Demonstrated 5 years' experience managing testing activities such as defect triaging from multiple sources and ensuring various tests (e.g., regression, end to end, smoke) are updated to include new functionality.
• Demonstrated experience managing the creation and on-going development of an automated testing framework for a large program.
• Experience advocating for quality improvement best practices across a large program.
• Experience in organizing and leading initiatives to improve test processes, extending the use of tools or frameworks where appropriate.
• Testing experience in an Agile based SDLC environment and familiarity with CMS TRA

Work Experience - Desired:

• 7 years of experience in functional test planning, preparation and execution including experience of test design techniques, defining a test strategy that includes test approach, test data management and test environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a distributed team of testers.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desired.

• Strong writing, listening and presentation skills.

Travel:

• Willing to travel as needed to customer sites.

Environmental Requirements:

• Mainly sedentary; in an office environment.
• May be required to lift to ten (10) pounds.
• Flexible in working extended hours.
